for those that have visited my blog because of pook ligaya stables and are taking lessons already, i hope to see you there, soon, on
so, for you wannabe equestriennes like me, truth to be told...it takes a lot of work, determination and you need to get up after every fall. if you're interested in jumping, i'm reposting some of my jumping vids - from when i started to more complex jumps (cross bar, vertical bar, oxer, etc).
counting loudly before the jump and training the eyes and body to move in the direction of the next jump - it should also help the horse know which leg to land on for the correct lead
yes, we have lessons even if it's pouring...rain or shine! :o)
my first "exposure" to more jumps by joining the jump club. it was such an amazing experience!
this was my last jumping lesson...and more to come!!!
as you must have guessed, yes, i am very excited! the long break did me good and it only made me realize that this is something i want to continue doing...and i'm not giving up :o)
Thanks for posting these videos. Very helpful! I've dropped by Pook Ligaya to watch some lessons but haven't seen any of the students do any jumping.
